Standing Desk Strategies

Today (more than ever!) there are just so many options when it comes to relieving back pain. If you’ve ever had back pain, and the majority of readers probably have, you’ve probably looked at anything to give you some relief. I know I have! One of the more popular ways to ‘fix’ back pain today is with a standing desk. But they can be expensive and guess what? Lower back pain relief is not guaranteed! That leaves many of us simply unwilling to make the purchase so it’s valuable to figure out beforehand if you would be a good candidate. Otherwise you could just be throwing your money away… and no one wants that!

In this post I answer a question from George, who asks if a standing desk could help resolve his long-term lower back pain. I give a simple strategy to figure out if a standing desk is right for you before making the purchase… Enjoy!
